- Description: While doing my PhD (in environmental science) in Japan, I got to know about shin rin yoku and decided to become a guide. Since early 2020, I am a certified guide with experience in Japan, USA, Belgium and Norway. In 2020 I started also a portal website about forestbathing in Belgium: www.bosbadenvlaanderen.com and organsie virtual circles with other guides to share practices, concerns and ideas.
